When Wagertool detects a failed data request or a temporary failure, it registers it on the logger in red. These failed actions may be related with Wagertool, Betfair, content providers or your internet connection.

The software makes hundreds of data requests per minute, so naturally a few may fail for some reason. Usually these failures aren’t serious and you don’t have to do anything. However, it’s important that you send this information to our support team regularly, so we can correct potential errors and improve Wagertool.

When you get a red error notification, you have the option to send it to our support team by clicking the Send Error button.
